Each one of our Thangka paintings are hand selected for quality and are checked thoroughly to make sure the symbolic and detailed iconography is correct. Each painting is truly a spectacular work of inspirational sacred art.

We purchase directly from a historical lineage of authentic master Tibetan Thangka painters. The rare and exceptional quality of the authentic Thangkas we offer is reflected in the detail of painting, the quality of materials used and the high standard of silk brocade.

A significant quantity of real gold is used to highlight and give the Thangkas there final magnificent touches. This entails a strenuous, complex process. Preparing the gold takes approximately one week, and applying the gold can take an additional one to three weeks.The pictures we show can not show the fine details of these wonderful works of art. All Thangkas include traditional bottom support rod with ornate gold caps.

Our traditional Thangkas are created by the authentic master artists that make the paintings for many of the Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries around the world. We also commission Thangkas of other Deities, Yidams, Protectors and Gurus. You will receive the exact Authentic Thangka described and shown in the pictures. We give two measurements, the canvas size and the over all size of the Thangka including silk brocade. We ship promptly, most orders received in 4-7 Business days.
